Meet Hollywood
Hollywood is a beloved equine resident and holds the special distinction of being the oldest resident at National Tiger Sanctuary. Born in 1993, Hollywood spent many years with a trail riding company before retiring and finding his forever home at the sanctuary in 2018.
With his calm nature and gentle personality, Hollywood has become a favorite among visitors, staff, and everyone fortunate enough to spend time with him.
A Special Friendship
Hollywood shared a very special bond with Breeze, who joined National Tiger Sanctuary in the summer of 2025 after coming from the same trail riding company. The two quickly became close companions and could often be found spending their days together.
Breeze passed away in September 2026, leaving behind many cherished memories and a lasting place in the hearts of everyone at National Tiger Sanctuary. The friendship she shared with Hollywood will always be an important part of his story.
A Friendly Face
Hollywood genuinely enjoys being around people and is always a welcome sight around the sanctuary. If you find yourself nearby during your visit, don't be surprised if he comes over to say hello.
