Meet Mavuto & Chika
Mavuto and Chika are the cubs of Etana and Leo. These two may seem a little grumpy at first, but in reality they are full of personality and have a strong bond with one another.
Although they can put on a tough act, they are an important part of the sanctuary family and are known for keeping both staff and visitors entertained.
Big Personalities
Chika loves to stalk staff and try to surprise them whenever she gets the chance. Mavuto, on the other hand, enjoys acting big and bad, putting on a show to prove that he can protect his sister.
Together they make quite a pair, each with their own unique personality while sharing an unmistakable sibling connection.
A Special Bond
When they think nobody is watching, Mavuto and Chika reveal their softer side. These two are often found laying together, grooming one another, or simply enjoying each other's company.
While they may spend plenty of time relaxing, every so often Chika can be seen playing with her ball while Mavuto enjoys chasing after his neighbor, Ty.
Their playful antics and close relationship make Mavuto and Chika favorites among the sanctuary staff who know them best.
